“A Complete List of a Small Fraction of Portal Destinations in the City of Doors
This 1d100 table was written with planar adventures in mind, where the events of the game could send your players to any number of unlikely locations. It is meant to be rolled either before the session or at the end so that you can prepare for the next game based on the results. Use these to generate unique encounters, one-off adventures, or take your campaign in a completely different direction!” - LM Pederson
