Lucy Roscoe (she/her) is an illustrator and educator based in Edinburgh. As Lecturer in Illustratio,n her research practice explores sculptural approaches to the book form, both within and beyond education. These unusual and playful books are published under the imprint The Book Tree Press. Working with a wide range of clients, her illustration practice explores the use of illustration to bring heritage materials to new audiences. She is also co-founder of BOOKMARKS, the largest Artists’ Book and Zine fair in Scotland focused on innovative use of the book form in Education. She lives just outside Edinburgh with her young family, chickens and garden full of trees.
